You know sometimes you wake up in the morning and you just feel so dang tired and rundown, maybe a little hungover (ssssh just between you and I), flu like or overly full from the night before? This juice is your cure for that feeling! Trust me it really works. The combination of avocado, apple, spinach, and ginger gives each sip an awesomely crispy kick. Not to worry it’s very delicious though as their sweetness is not totally destroyed by the tanginess of the veggies!
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and chopped
- 1 ripe banana, chopped
- 1 sweet apple, such as Honeycrisp, sliced
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1/2 inch piece peeled fresh ginger, chopped
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 8 ice cubes
Blend avocado, banana, apple, spinach, ginger, honey and ice in a blender until very smooth.
